CLASSIFICATION: Organic. Protected Geographical Indication.

COLOUR: Rosé.

VINE: Negroamaro.

VINES/HECTARE: 4500 vines per hectare.

PRODUCTION AREA: Brindisi. The area is about 150 meters above sea level, with high average temperatures and low rainfall. The soil is composed of a deep mixture of topsoil and day.

HARVEST PERIOD: second Half of September.

VINIFICATION: partial extraction of thè must of thè negroamaro grape after several hours of maceration with successive fermentation in white.

AGEING: in stainless-steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: light pink colour, characterized by intense exotic fruity flavours, dry, fresh and soft in thè mouth, with a fruity persistent taste. PAIRINGS: fish soups, starters, delicate first courses, seafood and white meat.

SERVING TEMPERATUR: Between 10-12°C.

ALCOHOL: 13% Vol.
