PRODUCTION AREA: Mesagne. The area is about 170 meters above sea level, with high average temperatures and medium-low rainfall. The soil is composed of a medium to fine topsoil and day.
HARVEST PERIOD: First half of Settember.
VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration in thè pressing machine for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless- Steel tanks at 11 °C.
AGEING: in stainless-steel tanks and for 6 months in French oak barriques. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Straw coloured with golden reflections, characterized by a fiorai aroma with a vanilla taste. Dry, fresh and pleasant persistente.
PAIRINGS: Excellent with appetizers, white meat and fish dishes.
